NOVEMBER: Family or Maternity Session
Book a full family or maternity portrait session with Mary Catherine Photography this November!
This option is perfect if you want a relaxed, playful, lifestyle-focused session that celebrates the start of summer - whether that’s in your home, at my studio in Old Town, or outdoors with fall colors. We’ll choose a setting that fits your family and your season of life.
NOVEMBER SESSION IDEAS:
- Christmas tree farms for wandering, picking trees, and all the festive anticipation
- A cozy, festive at-home session: decorating, baking, cocoa, or cuddling on the couch
- Old Town Alexandria or Georgetown as they start to dress up for the holidays (wreaths, garlands, twinkle lights)
- A late-fall outdoor session with neutral tones, tall grasses, and soft, moody light
- A “slow Sunday at home” lifestyle session focused on connection, not perfection
- Front-porch or backyard sessions with blankets, warm layers, and subtle seasonal details
Truly, the world is our oyster here, and I’m happy to dream up something personalized to your family.
Weekday full sessions are $1,250 and include:
- 60–90 minute session at a location of your choice
- 75+ high-resolution, hand-edited digital images
- All nuclear family members
- Client prep + style guide (including outfit help!)
- Print rights to all images
Additional fees may apply for the following:
- Travel more than 30 miles outside of the 22206 zip code (charged at the standard IRS mileage rate)
- Additional family members: $25 per person
Please note! Weekend sessions require a $250 additional fee.
If you prefer a weekend session, please book the weekend session option instead. If you do not see any available weekend sessions, that means they have sold out. In that case, please choose a weekday session or a different month.
30% deposit required to book (non-refundable, but transferable).
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Once you’ve checked out here and paid your deposit, I’ll be in touch to set your session date and send over your contract and short questionnaire. I can’t wait to photograph your family this November!
